Whenever the guys come over for the game or we are hosting a party, our friends always request my special Baked Chicken Wings with homemade Blue Cheese dip. If you are heading to a potluck or cookout I promise these wings will be the hot item everyone is talking about!

  • 2.5 lbs. "naked" chicken wings
  • 3 Tbsp. of Liv's Mix
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Blue Cheese Dressing)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk (Blue Cheese Dressing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (Blue Cheese Dressing)
  • A dash of your favorite hot sauce (Blue Cheese Dressing)
  • A dash of Worcestershire sauce (Blue Cheese Dressing)
  • 2 cups of high quality blue cheese crumbles (Blue Cheese Dressing)

  1. Remove the wings from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.

  2. When you're ready to begin cooking, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Place the chicken wings into a plastic bag and season with the olive oil and Liv’s Mix.

  4. Toss the chicken wings around in the bag to make sure the wings are evenly coated with the olive oil and the spices.

  5. Place a piece of parchment paper or tin foil on a baking sheet with a wire rack.

  6. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray and place the wings on the rack.

  7. Cook the wings for about an hour or until they are golden and crispy.

  8. For the Blue Cheese dip, mix all of the ingredients into a bowl.

    1. If the mix is too loose, add additional blue cheese crumbles.
    2. If the mix is too chunky, add milk.
    3. Serve along side the chicken wings.

  9. Enjoy!
