Super easy salmon recipe to make for yourself or for a group. The beauty is that you can buy as much or as little salmon as you need and package them individually in foil. The foil creates a steam in the pouch which packs all of the flavor into the salmon. The lemon and all of the spices and herbs explode with flavor. This dish is easy to make and is awesome!

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • I Tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp. thyme
